Roster Of Champions

Training Rishi from the LR Roster Of Champions

Update: Listen to the 4/28 Off Topic Radio interview at  www.offtopicradio.com.

It was an honor to catch up with Rishi in person and go over his training. After a year of striving with you guys online, it’s nice to finally make an in-person connection.

True mastery comes from teaching others, so it’s a privilege to help someone else out and share knowledge – that’s why I started this blog and that’s what it will always be about – a mutually beneficial exchange of wisdom.

I want to thank Rishi for carrying himself like a champion during the workout. Like so many members of the LR community, Rishi showed tremendous heart and the desire to learn.

Watch the video, see if you can apply some of the lessons. Continue to follow Rishi’s progress on the forum, along with our other ROC winners, Alexis and Andrew.

ALWAYS speak up. Your input is what keeps this place humming. There is room here for your voice. Your quest fuels everyone else’s fire, so be sure to share it no matter what.

Become immune to negativity. When haters refuse to listen to reason, the next line of attack is silence. That’s part of carrying yourself like a professional. As a pro on the world stage, I’ve had to filter out thousands of negative voices, choosing instead to focus on the millions of positive ones. Make peace with the voices that come and go, and you will be following in the footsteps of champions.

Get ready to post your pictures and videos for Levrolympia starting May 1st. If you didn’t get the newsletter, sign up now, I’ll send it again to new signups in a day or two.

The Rishi Transformation • Setting The Stage

Here’s my conversation with Rishi below. I can tell he has the intensity to get the job done, all he needs is some guidance. Does that sound like you, too?

The Rishi Transformation can be your transformation. I’m connecting to Rishi directly, but I’m sharing the tips and advice with you all the way.

Watch this video and focus, visualize what it feels like to be in on the conversation, live through Rishi’s experience and get the same jolt of urgency you need to get the same benefits.

I’m not on the phone with all of you, but I know you’re out there. You are part of this. This is your moment, too. Step up and make this transformation your own. I will do my part to guide you, please do yours. All levels welcome.

My own transformation is still on, full blown. I’m rapidly moving toward my goal of a lean & mean 220 lbs. I decided at the beginning of this year that I have to get ripped to the bone and very balanced. Failure is not an option.

I’m closing in on my goal. When I get there, you’ll be the first to know.

Thanks Rishi for stepping up to the plate, putting yourself on the line. Get ready to work, bro. The eyes of the community are on you and they are waiting to follow your example. Let’s do this.

The Lexie Transformation – A New Challenge Begins.

Today I talked with Lexie, one of our winners from the Train With Levrone YouTube contest. Footage from the conversation is below.

Lexie has some wrestling experience, and her goal now is to build a physique worthy of competing in figure competition.

When Lexie wrestled, she often had nobody in her corner except, ”me, myself and I.”

Lexie, you’re no longer alone. None of us are alone in the Levrone Report community. We’ll help you reach your goals, we’re your brothers in this mission. From here on out, we got your back.

As a female, you’re in a minority here among a tough, iron-worn culture of men. Yet you’re stepping up to the challenge without hesitation. This kind of courage is not just inspiring to women. It’s inspiring to all of us.

Guys, please join me in giving Lexie the respect, support and encouragement she deserves. I have no doubt she’ll return the favor with work, discipline and outstanding results.

PS: Stay tuned for a conversation with our other winner, Rishi, and new results from Andrew.

Training Program & Nutritional Plan

Here’s the full plan I gave to Andrew, the Levrone Report member randomly selected to be trained by me. After you watch the video, scroll down to view the whole plan. Paste it into a doc and print it out for easy reference.

If you have any questions about the plan let me know in the comments. I might be able to answer a few general questions about modifications to fit your body and your goals. Andrew workout days are

Coaching Phone Call#1 With Andrew, Our Randomly Selected Winner

I’m still enjoying the thrill of achieving the 500 lb squat. We have to take a breath and savor the achievements in life when they come.

All too soon we realize it’s the chase that excites us…and we know it’s time to move forward.

Below is footage from my conversation with Andrew on New Year’s Day.

Andrew is entering a defining phase of his life. By sheer chance he has me in his corner. The eyes of the community are on him. He has a nine-month break from school – endless time to train and rest. This should be good.

You, too, are entering a defining moment. I may not be on the phone, and you may not have oceans of time to train. But make no mistake, I’m in your corner. Because you’ve been in mine.

To be part of our endless transformation here – to train hard and share battle scars and victories daily – is a way for all of us to stay focused on the one idea that matters: whatever life throws our way, we have the choice to respond like champions.

Peace

Winner Of The New Year’s Resolution Phone Call

Hope you’re enjoying your holiday. Rest up because we’re going to need it going into 2010.

I want to get a quick message out to you guys about the winner of the personal coaching session phone call.

The winner, who we randomly picked out of hundreds of names, will be sending pics and background info before the call.

We’ll have a detailed back and forth on the phone on January 1st so I can learn more about his particular situation and outline my recommendations. I’ll do my best to help him get mentally prepared for the year ahead.

Congrats to the winner, (Andrew from the UK) and I’ll keep the rest of you posted on the details of the call so we can all pitch in and keep Andrew motivated and accountable all year long. Plus, there will be tips you can apply to your own journey.

Peace, Kevin
