October 31st, 2009
Here's another featured video from the "Fire That Inspires" Youtube Page. Thanks to everyone who submitted a video, every one of them inspires me tremendously. I look forward to featuring some of the ones already on there, we have so many good ones. Plus I'll be featuring the ones you guys put up in the future, so come on, get 'em up. Peace, Kevin That link again is: http://www.youtube.com/group/thefirethatinspires

Strive for 405 • Workout # 6 (4 sets of 365 lbs x 4)

October 27th, 2009
Felt good to slap a 25 lb plate on each end and crank out 365. I'm really visualizing, seeing each rep before I perform the set. That's heavy weight to be training with considering I'm 100% natural. I enjoyed reading your guesses on what YOU think the max bench will be on day 30. I see a lot of you are commenting on life, work, girls, priorities and that's fine. But I agree with Martin – when you start talking about Paris Hilton, it's safe to say we got off track. Stay focused! The best way to follow this blog is to be planning your own max on day 30. If you've been sharing your progress, keep it up. Now's a good time to send in your max bench on the That's What's Up Levrone Youtube Page. This isn't going to get any easier and I could use some extra inspiration. So rack it up, shoot it, post it. Kevin, Out.

Strive for 405 • Test Of Strength With 315 lbs

October 26th, 2009
Today was a big milestone. I wanted to see how many times I could rep out 315 lbs. If you can rep out 315 lbs 10 times, it means you can bench 405 lbs. I was able to bang out 11 Reps I couldn't do that 3 weeks ago that's a fact. This approach works guys It's all in the mind. In the video I said I'll be putting up 405 tomorrow, but guess what? we still have another week to go, so we are going to keep on training for that last max day at day 30 and then we'll REALLY see what's up. Next workout, 365 x 4. What do you predict my MAX WILL BE on day 30 when I give it all I got? Let me know in the comments, we'll see who guesses right. Strive for 405, Workout #5 (4 sets of 355 lbs x 4)

October 23rd, 2009
This was a good one, guys. I'm not just talking about being able to lift the weight successfully. I'm talking about the emotions, the way it felt to do this together. 355 lbs – this one required all my focus, all my strength, all my talent, all my experience, all my genetics, all my muscle memory. It required everything. And it required even more than that... It required YOU. That's right. The belief YOU have in me. The support YOU give me on this blog. The energy YOU give me with your comments and videos every day. That's what pushed me over the top. That's what makes me stronger, more alive. Letting you down is NOT an option. When I move eight plates, it'll be us moving it together. And when you go in the gym tomorrow and lift like you've never lifted before, remember that your team at LevroneReport.com is behind you on every rep. Thanks

Strive for 405 • Workout #2 (4 sets of 325 lbs x 4)

October 15th, 2009
Check out what happened on the fourth set with 325 lbs. That fourth set I went without a training partner. I had already completed three sets with a training partner and I knew what to expect. I'm a professional in touch with my limits. You should never attempt heavy weights on flat bench without a training partner. If you do, it's at your own risk. 405 here I come, baby.  [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ngz13G5G6_0] 135 X 6 , 175 X 6, 225 X 6, 315 X 2, 325 X 4 sets of 4
