Banging out a tough back day, four exercises, high reps, 90 second rest between sets. I have a spotter pushing me to the limit and I'm demonstrating some new movements.
Different machines, different grips, switching it up. In my last exercise I switch grips MID SET. Check it out.
Shout out to Michel R, he's getting
ripped due to his dedication, intensity and discipline. We all have to keep up. Thanks for the inspiration, bro, along with all of you putting in the effort and sharing with the community.
Doing this together really works – we're pushing each other to be better. For all of us, the shirt comes off late April, one big thread on the forum. Our own Olympia stage and you're invited no matter what level you're at, as long as you train full-blown this month. YOUR TIME HAS COME. HOLD NUTHIN' BACK. LET'S DO THIS.
Peace

Can't tell you how good it is to be back in the gym with you guys. I hope you're still training hard and getting ready for April when the shirt comes off.
Meanwhile, I'm keeping my muscles guessing, shocking them and making things happen. Here are some new moves for LevroneReport.com, and some things I haven't done in a long time.
Part of what makes bodybuilding exciting is changing up the workouts. The great thing about this journey is that we'll never run out of new approaches.
Once you learn to deeply appreciate that aspect of bodybuilding, try to pass that appreciation on to people in your life who could benefit from weight training.
Weight training is seen by so many as pain and drudgery, but we know that it's an art form, an adventure, an emotional release, and an act of creation, all rolled into one. Something everyone can benefit from.
Watch this video – I'm giving it all I got, visualizing every rep, pushing the heart rate. Your presence is still bringing out the best in me, so thanks for training with me for what will soon be a year. Amazing.
Post a video, I want to see what you got – especially on the dumbell rows. I pulled 150 lbs dumbells on this video, son. Let's see how full-blown YOU can get with those. I'm dying to find out.
Some of you guys who own the comment board, why not finally put your money where your mouth is. :) (If you can't
post a video, write it below.)
Peace, Kevin

Check out how the pros build a big, thick, cut back. Do it like this and it WILL WORK. Pay close attention to the bar selection, hand position and form.
As always, let me know if you have any questions/comments. You always do. That's what I love about this place.
This was a great workout. I'm amped up and conditioned. I'm losing weight while maintaining all my strength.
If you're following along on the same path, let me know how it's going.

Here's the full back and biceps routine to round out the full program for a lean, mean 220 lbs. Destroyed the biceps today and loved every minute of it.
Now you have it all: chest, shoulders, tris, legs, abs – we've talked about cardio and will continue to do so – and, today back and biceps. Refer to the past few posts to get caught up if you've missed them.
We're getting into more details in these video. Hand position and movement. Work these details into your training carefully. Listen to your body, and remember that bodybuilding is mostly about mastering fundamentals.
Now we're locked and loaded with a full training program, it's time to really go to work with consistency and dedication. Plus, we'll throw in some unexpected moves, shock the muscles, have some fun and try new approaches – cause that's what the endless transformation is all about.
