Behind The Neck Pulldown: 4 Sets 12 Reps
Seated Rows: 4 Sets 8 Reps
One Arm Dumbbell Rows Each Arm At A Time: 4 Sets 8 Reps
Biceps:
Standing Barbell Curls: 4 Sets 8 Reps
Alternating Dumbbell Curls: 4 Sets 8 Reps
Preacher Curls: 4 Sets 8 Reps
One Arm Concentration Curls: 4 Sets 8 Reps
Theres not too much fat on you bud and your diet looks good and healthy. If you stick with that you wont be needing the dentist for along time. As for supplements you mentioned the best on the market, GOD. I know that sounds like Im a Bible basher too but its true. No other supplement IMO makes you grow like faith.
