Today is leg day. Bulldog worked out with Mark again and went through the leg workout I outlined. Stay on track with the workouts and make sure you get the proper nutrition. What you do outside of the gym is just as important as what you do in the gym. Make sure you are getting the proper amounts of protein and carbs. Squats: 4 sets of 6 to 8 Reps.
Leg Press: 4 sets of 8 Reps.
Hack Squats: 4 sets of 8 Reps.
Leg Extensions: 4 sets of 12 Reps.
Standing Lunges Alternating Legs: 4 sets of 12 Reps
