He is 100% natural, made in England and can pack more on in 10 minutes than you can in 6 weeks. I reckon once he has got his legs out he could take on Kev
Nice one Crantch
cool man
Seems like a nice chap ! Is it …… is it Rick ? Yeahhh it’s Rick! Welcome back Rick !! Looks a little pale though … (just making fun Rick!)
Hey Kevin, why no seperate hamstring of calf work?
we will get to that. are you doing these workouts know if not then step up to the plate brother. GC is sayting its to much your calling for more. So im starting to think you bluffing and not training along. What do you think GC?
LOL! I don’t know if I could walk after this workout let alone think about working my hamstrings and calves. I will try to keep up though. What does not kill you makes you stronger.
I was just curious..leg day is my favorite, if you can walk out and not shuffle, you need to do more
I don’t know. The last leg workout I found it did more for the legs than my last 5 combined. Definitely a great feeling
Not sure my quads could handle all this.
Experiment a bit. I tried different foot positions to work different areas of the quad so I could get the whole leg worked. Could barely walk afterwards but loved the shaky legs trying to manage stairs.
Come on GC. train at you own pace and push threw it man
This new word press soft where is hard to get use to. I changed the colors and header. How the Fuk do you upload a pic to the profile GC whats your thoughts on this stuff. Does anyone know how to and if you do how come your photo is not up on your profile when you post.
Log in. Underneath “post comment” you select an image (i.e. choose file) from your computer.
Unfortunately, the image did not upload.
it seems like you cant upload a profile picture with this new word press… hope they will implement that option. Even when you sign in with facebook, you dont have a profile pic here.
To G.C
Probably no one on here Knows about thinking better than you, it is your job. Yet you focus upon what you THINK you cannot do. I think you should get up before everyone and stomp out your 40mins no mater what, the earlyier, the colder, the sooner. Its fresh and will revitalise you for the days workout. Do it yourself,TODAY. THEN when your in the gym you can mentaly show Levrone how to hammer the quads G.C style
.
If you think Im bluffing it, you couldnt be more wrong.
Proove it to yourself 2013 GC, Bring it on KEV.
You only live once..
Yes, my friend I agree with you…to a degree. Often our thoughts & beliefs are limitations. I would much rather think positive & empowering thoughts over their opposite. People who think big & believe in themselves achieve more…no doubt; however, I think you also have to be open to & aware of the seeming reality of any situation. Does no good to affirm “I am rich” while they are repossessing your home or that “all my relationships are harmonious” while your spouse is sleeping with the mail man.”
I think part of training smart is listening to your body. I also think that genetic superiors like Kevin or Dorian Yates not only have superior advantage at building muscle but also an increased ability to recover from workouts & tolerate increased workloads. That said, I am doing my best to keep up & push against any self-imposed limitations. Did my cardio this am and will hit it hard tomorrow working back & biceps. Will train hard, but will listen to my body too. Peace
I just think if your not careful your own mind can put you in the catergory of the naysayer, when the genetic superiors you mention are really mostly superior in personality not the physical. IMO
I did this workout yesterday and ended up sleeping about 3 hours extra than usual. Walking down the stairs was quite interesting this morning!
Simple but very effective system.
Ouch
But, where are the hardcore bad to the bone trainingvids? Lost in space or is this going to be a year of the big mouthes…
Think the vids start going up next week big guy.
The champs training videos are great, but just the mere presance motivates me, it gets the imagination going.
