It’s always best to let the muscles heal completely in order to have muscle growth.
Over training is not good and most people don’t know when they hit that wall. I always
listen to my body and learn to trust what it’s telling me. Spending time with yourself is
an important key to success. Have fun with it, no need to stress it will come.
Back to working out in the morning.

It would be great if you could address some things like…how much rest between sets?….are you keeping the weight the same each set or pyramiding up or down?….how close to muscular failure are you taking each set?
