Thanks to everyone who posted their Pic/Video. I’m very proud of each and everyone of you who entered this years LevrOlympia.
As we grow, we become more and more of who we already are. During your life, your dreams may change and our skills will certainly change but the core of our personality, how patient we are, how competitive we become, will remain stable throughout the course of our lifetime.
We grow most in our areas of greatest strength. It sounds odd but you will improve the most, learn the most, be the most creative, be the most inquisitive and bounce back the fastest in those areas where you already show some natural advantages over everyone else – your strengths. This doesn’t mean you should ignore your weaknesses. It just means you’ll grow most where you’re already strong.
A great team player volunteers his strengths to the team most of the time and deliberately partners with people who have different strengths. Of course, you will occasionally have to step out of your strength zone and do whatever it takes to help the team. But this isn’t the core of teamwork.
The Core of teamwork is partnering with people whose strengths are different from yours. I feel you have all done that, but the man who truly exemplifies this has push the bar up for all of us and providing his unrelenting support with class is Crantch the winner of the 2012 LevrOlympia.
We have all been blessed by having him here with us.
Peace,
Kevin Levrone

Congratulations CRANTCH !!!!!!

Shredded to the bones , Man ! Thats certainly are the results of Hard Training and last but not least a nutrition with a lot of sacrifices -- i knew it because im lean as you, but not so muscular of course!

I’m not trying to look like that. That’s not my perfect picture of healthy I’ve done that. Their is more to life then having freaky muscles and eating 6,000 calories a day. Giving back doesn’t mean giving to your self.
Peace
Kevin

Why would you assume steroids played a roll, that’s not cool. This took hart and a will to suceed with hard work. In this man has acomplished doesn’t come out a bottle. Why are you sitting in the showdowns like the rest around here being negative. Time to grow up around here. I’m getting tired of baby sitting grown men. This sight shouldn’t need a admin to monitor you guys.

Congrats again my man. Guys this is the look that most men would love to have. Keep doing your thing man. Why to show leadership.
Peace
Kevin
Kevin, “…. I’ve had my time on stage”, “Their is more to life then having freaky muscles and eating 6,000 calories a day” …..
But Kevin, ….. You recently said you mis being on stage, and you’re even considering doing the Masters and say you can probably beat Dexter …… Am I missing out on something ???
“Why are you sitting in the showdowns like the rest around here being negative. Time to grow up around here. I’m getting tired of baby sitting grown men”.
…….. Kevin, you can’t mean this …! Criticism isn’t the same as negativity.
Amazing Crantch! Great job man, need some pointers from ya!
@ Gert,
I miss being a kid and my father also. But does that mean I’ll wake up tomorrow and have those days back no it will never happen lone that. So what’s wrong with me telling you guys what I miss and how I feel inside. This sight was created to give each of us strengh. Building hopes and dreams and supporting one another with a support team. I had fame and fortun long before TLR was created. TLR gives me strengh by helping others bro. My point is I was depressed and almost ready to give up on life before my son was born and this whole TLR thing. Guess what I’m just like every body else. TLR wasn’t created to sell shit it was created because I was weak and felt like giving up. Let’s focus on building each other rather then making others miserable.
Peace
Levrone
Appreciate your vulnerability Kevin. In the end we are all human and all equal. I (like many) have had to carry many burdens throughout my life, but my joy comes in trying to be a help to others even though at times it has seemed I have been unable to help myself. I think that one’s trials develop a man’s character and puts him in a better position to empathize and help other. Body-building has gotten me through some dark days even though I am not genetically gifted. I was a huge fan of yours throughout your career. Some day I hope to be able to shake your hand.
@Kevin Levrone -- Kevin you are not alone and tlr will give you the strength to carry on bro, one day or another we all feel down through a loss or hard times, but its are inside strength that helps us carry on our big hearts live for the time not for the moment we can all do this! its our time to show be seen have happy times happy memories we live to thrive on good feelings. The world needs to stop bitching and just live our short lives. We are born to create and learn and be helpful lets blow this sh*t apart and keep on the bodybuilding subject as a sport and a life commitment to help our body grow and to see what we can achieve….!!!
@Kevin Levrone -- Now we’re having a discussion ! I know I’m not an easy guy. When I don’t get (understand) things I’ll just keep on asking. Not to make people miserable, but to get to the essence (the truth). I just got to have it; in the forums I called it ‘my allergy’. THANKS for giving the truth to me/us. And SORRY if I made you miserable, this was never my intention!
Let there be no misunderstanding; I highly respect you Kevin, as I do all the others here at TLR.
We’re right behind you what ever path you chose, but we’re also serious guys that read your words carefully. Guess this is your fate !
We all carry our crosses. I have a 17 year old daughter with a permanent dislocated hip because of medical failure. But somehow it made her, and us as her parents stronger.
In that specific case I needed to know the truth also, because the medics tried to cover it up. I succeeded though!
Perhaps this case made me the ‘bulldog’ I am right now.
Again, sorry for not being an ‘easy guy’.
Kevin, God bless! .. and yes, we’re all the same.
Gert
@Kevin
you said that you were depressed. When exactly was that? After your Pro career? I wonder why you felt like that. Hope it´s not too indiscreet.
@Crantchy
Congratulations man, you earned that with your crazy lean physique
@ The Core. We all get depressed, but we all man up an come out of it alive. I never quit or give up. Like most we keep moving with a goal in mind. God gives me life. A strong brother from another mother gives me me strength when I’m weak. I caint fight a war by myself it takes a army of worriors. The mans photo on top of this post gives me strengh. We can learn from having an open mind. You don’t know me I don’t know you, but the thing I do know is that I will never judge you guys. I will build you up, that’s my gift to you my friends.
Peace
Kevin
@Kevin Levrone I know it may seem silly but to me your a hero. you had injustice done to you in the Mr Olympia. you are inspiration to me and many millions in our eyes your a champ. you showed us never give up and dont quit on your dreams. I understand hardship I was bullied it was the worst time of my life I had contemplated causing myself body harm I would punch my fists on the wall. I even contamplated on cutting myself Im glad i did not do this. I did not give up and lose hope. Kevin your a hero to me this website the TLR has helped so much it has helped through my ups and dows. Im a stronger person now in my personal opinion god puts in certain situations and the outcome of the situation is what us strong people. I really hope you can read this and reply it would really make me happy having the man im inspired by reply.
Thank you kevin
I miss being a kid and the past also, but I know that I am the same just older. I often think about what is it that makes us miss youth, or the past. CABBCUTTA once said ‘the presant is a gift’ and its that presant that what we gotta focus on. IT IS a huge honour IMO to be still here breathing and living when so many people I knew lost their chance, yet another one just last Sunday morning, his funeral is next thurs (GORDON, a great man). I really believe that what matters is who you are inside and how you carry yourself though the precious life that you have. TLR, and its members have helped re-enforce this for me and the absoloute priveledge of having comms with the ultimate IFBB legend is unmeasureable. In fact IFBB has nothing to do with it and that title is insufficient. Legend, weather it is about bodybuilding, being a father or any other aspect of life, I am continualy inspired to improove who I am.
IMO YOU Are GENERAL LEVRONE AND THOUGH YOU MAY FEEL IT FROM TIME TO TIME, YOU CANNOT SHOW WEAKNESS OR FEAR TO THE WARRIORS. WE AINT GOT TIME TO BE DEPRESSED, NONE OF US.
SO GET BACK IN THE SADDLE BROTHER.
p.S It is AWESOME TO see Cabbcutta at last. I regularly check the site for my missing brother, not the same without you.
Time to train guys, post a back training vid Crantch and blow us away.
UK out

See above comment #2, “TCR” has already been trademarked. Lol
Amazing physique Crantchy! The mindset it takes to stay this lean, depleted from food and water sources is outstanding!
I’ve always respected you Crantchy! You earned it!
