Thanks to everyone who posted their Pic/Video. I’m very proud of each and everyone of you who entered this years LevrOlympia.

As we grow, we become more and more of who we already are. During your life, your dreams may change and our skills will certainly change but the core of our personality, how patient we are, how competitive we become, will remain stable throughout the course of our lifetime.
We grow most in our areas of greatest strength. It sounds odd but you will improve the most, learn the most, be the most creative, be the most inquisitive and bounce back the fastest in those areas where you already show some natural advantages over everyone else – your strengths. This doesn’t mean you should ignore your weaknesses. It just means you’ll grow most where you’re already strong.

A great team player volunteers his strengths to the team most of the time and deliberately partners with people who have different strengths. Of course, you will occasionally have to step out of your strength zone and do whatever it takes to help the team.  But this isn’t the core of teamwork.
The Core of teamwork is partnering with people whose strengths are different from yours. I feel you have all done that, but the man who truly exemplifies this has push the bar up for all of us and providing his unrelenting support with class is Crantch the winner of the 2012 LevrOlympia.

We have all been blessed by having him here with us.

Peace,
Kevin Levrone
