I remember one time I took a good friend of mine (Chase) to the gym with me. even though it was his 1st time goin, he didnt want to do lite training (to protect his ego). Said not to go easy on him. We ended up doin legz n back that day.
On the way home, he did not utter a single word or blast his music like he normally does. I thought that was kinda strange so I asked him if he was ok. He immediately pulled over, jumped out of his truck and threw up on the side of the road. To be honest, it looked like a scene from the exorcist.
He tells me he was trying to hold it in until he dropped me off (once again to protect his ego).
Looking forward to see the full version, seems to be very funny.
Like the part when kevin & the other guy sprinting ! A good short intense Sprint Session is a good workout for explosice strength, coordination & Endurance too !
I didn’t like what I saw ….. at all !
To me this was an example of how NOT TO TRAIN ….
If working out means throwing up, BB wouldn’t be a sport anymore. And running right after heavy squatting imo is asking for injury! Just don’t get it Kevin …..
@Gert -- The video maybe sending the wrong message. U can have an excellent quad/leg workout without resorting to vomiting as proof of that.
Only reason why I mention that story of my training partner was cuz he decided to eat a mere 30minutes before goin at it. Knowing that and plus the fact that he hasn’t stepped into a gym in years, I wanted to ease him into things so to speak. He did not.

In order to make RESULTS and grow you need CONSISTENCY !
Consistency means, training up to 4-5 times a week. In order to train 4 to 5 times a week you have to make sure YOU ENJOY BB. Tuff workouts are ok! Deliberately getting sick and vomiting is MACHO CRAP and totally unnecessary ….. imo.
I’ve been training for 30 years now, and it’s my mental approach that make me come back -- day in, day out --
Basic rule is: you have to create a long lasting/controlled atmosphere of wellbeing for long term goals/results. Vomiting don’t fit in that atmosphere … to me.
I have to agree with Gert, this was one of the least appealing Levrone videos I’ve seen. Very obviously, vomiting during training is unnecessary. Watching other doing it is even less necessary. This whole business of breaking people down, puking and showing them ‘how its done’….urrggh.

I’ll be surprised if this comment even gets posted…

Kevin, my goal before I die is to have you take me through a squat workout. I am prepared to puke if need be.
Indeed, the extreme! Very good!
That’s is a Leg Workout! Leg workout is nothing without a BUCKET…
trash can is in the house
lol Kev, why do you let the poor guy sprint after a leg workout? haha
By the way you still look like a pretty good sprinter, he had no chance anyway xD
Prepare your buckets!
Work on an adult!!
When will the full version come online?

Its NEVER good to tear a muscle, It looked to me like the fellas hamstring poped during the run. Rest, ice, compression, elevation.

Squatting and puking in a bucket?
Is this a homage to Dorian Yates and Chris Cormier?
