Hey guys I’ve recently injured my lower back first time doing seated rows a couple videos ago and then compounded that injury when I was spotting Rob on flat bench. This is just a reminder to always take precautions before hitting the weights. Although you can’t prevent such injuries 100 percent of the time, a lot can be done to lessen those risks. This particular injury will nonetheless hold me back for at least a couple weeks. The Road to 2012 transformation will continue.
Thanks for your continued support and understanding, Any question about your back pain contact Dr.Sokoloff at: drsok@yalich.com www.yalich.com

Hey Kevin.
In case of injury or stretching of the lumbar need do easy hyperextension, three or four times a week for five minutes at a time, at the top make a slight delay. It will help quickly recover and undergo rehabilitation. You’re in good shape, rear bunch of deltas in a good rise.
Get well, strong physical shape for you!
I’m totally a believer in chiropractic. A few years ago I had a couple of bad herniated disc’s in the lumbar region that I discounted as general muscle pain. When I woke up one morning, I couldn’t get out of bed. Went to chiro, got xrays and got treated. If it wasn’t for a local chiropractor in my area, I think I would still be in a lot of pain. Hope you heal up soon Kevin:)
Hope you get better kevin. I know I do this mistake a lot! Its always better to put the ego down an warm up and stretch before working out. I had an injury in my triceps tendon because I didn’t warm up enough. I’m recovering and now I now the importance of warming up and stretching. A lot of people usually wait for the injury to happen before applying all this knowledge. Gotta learn from my mistakes.
I have an inversion table at home and find it helpful for decompressing the lower lumbar area. I agree that stretching is all important especially as you get older. Hope you feel better soon.
I used to go to a chiropractor the first time i went it felt really weird he was cracking my legs and neck the reason i had to get it done was because when i born my bone in my neck is not straight it is moved so i need to fix it but i dont go anymore because of money issues but im thinking going back its worth it i felt great afterwords and i do expereince lower back pain slight
