Rob has committed himself diligently to face this challenge head on, pushing his physique, mind and soul to the utmost limits. It’s a huge burden to bear, especially during these times when most have forfeited past year resolutions.
No one ever said this would be easy.
To those of you who have stuck to the gameplan and sacrificed along the way, TLR salutes you. To those of you who have offered support to those who need it most whether it’s in or out of the gym, TLR salutes you. To those of you out there who need that extra push/drive just remember, sometimes all it takes is that single spark and the rest will fall into place.
Happy Holidays TLR
Cool Rob, I see you are looking better man! Keep it going you will look better each week for sure.
High isolateral standing cable meflunky doobrey bicep curl thing! I always wondered what that was called. Now i know it fits in the training log easy I will do it more often. Great stuff.

Merry Christmas Kevin, Rob, Todd! Merry Christmas to all visitors of Levronereport!
merry xmas to all.keep up the good work rob.
What the fuck. 8-9 comments beside mine and nothing from Kevin and its Christmas. Well, you just keep on guys. You can run but you cant hide. The gras isnt more green other places, as i told my ex.
Well so this place is dead. And 2012 is coming with lots av possibillities. New methods, new supplements.
Dont affect me. I have lots of transformations coming and as long as my fingertips are able to upload the levrone domain, i will machinegun mye contributions. And you know what. I couldnt care less if noone is to follow.
For sure i follow other sistes myself, but i will never erase this login from my daily surfing sites.
Peace out
L
Rob is strong like bull, I definitely see the gains in size and strength , keep up the good work only one critique, breathe man inhale through your nose exhale from your mouth it’s helps in a big way . Peace
@Norwegian --
Hey Bro, Kevin is very ill right now. Think he has a bad flu and is home in bed. I spoke to him this morning and he will be back soon. He asked me to tell everyone Merry Christmas and he can’t wait to feel better to get the videos rolling again.
Rob
why is kevin getting sick all the time? maybe its time to see a doc dude. bulk up with some muscle and stop all the cutting so much maybe help boost your immune system with some extra nutrients. stop all the higher intensity plyos and hardcore athletic challenges for awhile maybe so your body can heal. lots of training over your lifetime and when you come back you start up with a whole new outlook which is awesome but its a huge shock to your body and like you said,,,, your getting old. no offense
@david penwell -- David-for some reason, I have not gotten a cold or flu for as long as I can remember. I have not missed a day of work in close to 20 years. Perhaps some of it is genetic. I also believe part of it is that I am a big believer in Chinese herbs; many of which are adoptogenic (mitigate the effects of stress) & immune boosting. Last as you state, I think it important to listen to your body and watch for signs of overtraining. When the body calls for rest, rest it needs.
GC you say it very clearly “When the body calls for rest, rest it needs”
Kevin made a lot of journeys lately so it is possible to get tired or catch some flu somewhere .
In the gym it is very easy to get sick with so many people if someone is ill but he thought that he can train anyway
Get well fast Kevin ,Christmas and flu is a bad luck combination
What to hell this should be. A fat guy who want´s to show us how to train our bodys? I don´understand this things. No power, no gain and no weights. Best regards, Thomas.
i think you havent the slightest idea as to what you are speaking of. my best regards.
It is the same flu that he has had for about a week now. Head cold and congestion in the chest. He is starting to get better and has seen a doc. On a Z-pack and getting plenty of fluids and rest. I am sure he will bounce back in a few more days.
What do you mean Thomas , are you talking about this specific video or for the whole site ??
Thomas, this is the tenth chapter or so.
Thomas, this is the tenth chapter or so. You cant read a book like that. Or a blog. All books have scary chapters, boring chapters or consolidation chapters. But they are all needed to give the rigth impression ment for that book. And one more thing. We have one rule around here. Do not take on the guys who got the nerves to show up. Else pretty much is accepted.
agree bro!
Personally even if this site wasn’t Kevin’s blog , i enjoy looking , communicating, studying ordinary people like us , who share their passion and their methods to build a better physique , than to see professionals with steroids and other stuff , trying to convince me that doing 3 exercise of 15 reps and eating a lot of chicken is their secret to win any competition
Rob definitely making some serious progress. Looking good man , how is that diet looking ? Looking forward to seeing the type of meals your eating. Happy Holiday’s
Looking Good Bulldog, starting to see some real transformation now.
Hope everyone on TLR had a good Christmas -- except the french of course bah lol
Get well KL
THE FORUM AND PERSONAL MESSAGES DOESNT SEEM TO WORK ATM. JUST KEEP GETTING ‘NO TOPIC’ ON EXISTING THREADS. MAYBE JUST MY CRAP COMPUTER BUT I DONT THINK SO.
IF THIS MESSAGE GOES IN, I HOPE YOU ALL HAD A GOOD CHRISTMAS ESPECIALLY THE FRENCH.
@CRANTCHY -- yo brother. Its ur PC that sucks. u spammed the forum ” Calves wount grow” hahaha
u posted 2 replys like this: fimaweifgn
Hope everyone had a great christmas and are looking forward to the new year’s….
Great vid Rob. Your arms are def getting bigger man and are showing some definition! You are a force to recon with in the gym!! Keep up your intensity and focus and the results will keep coming.
Glad to see that the Levrone report continues. Sure it goes through ups and downs but big things might be in the future. Kev, hope you get better man.. Had the flu myself last week and def sucks when it comes. Drink lots of fluids and get your sleep.
Finally got to my place in Detroit and their is a kick ass Powerhouse right next to my apt that I can walk too so no excuses for me not to hit the gym with all out intensity. Also, lots of free weights and only a few girls so my attention wont get sidetracked from the weights. Big things to come.
Stay motivated everyone!!! Its almost 2012 and that means only a few more months of Obama!!!!
!!
Do you americans hate Obama or what?
LOL, I absolutely do!! And no, not because of skin color. I believe hes taking our country over the cliff, but this site is not for me to be political on. I was an infantry marine and did two tours in Iraq. I can’t stand what this man is doing to our country and we need a new direction. If I wanted to live in Europe, I would move there. I believe in Capitalism, freedom and the right to succeed in our lives and to be able to enjoy it. Obama wants to spread the wealth around and take from the rich. I’m sorry, imagine if your Mr Olympia and you get the big trophy and the big check, and then the government comes and takes that check and pretty much redistributes it to everyone in the audience to give them a fair shot. Do you think thats fair? Thats what Obama wants. But I will get off my high horse
Share out the wealth equally? Sounds like communism?
@Matt LA -
In the land of the blind? The one eyed man is king!
Hey guys

@Dorian Yates -- Yates Your my IDOL!
Hey Dorian,
It was nice hanging out at the Masters in Miami with you. Look forward to seeing you at the Arnold Classic.
Bulldog
I have started a new workout program based on these videos. Except I am doing 4x6 instead of 4x4 so I can use a less weight to avoid back / joint strain. The intention is to increase weight every workout on the big three lifts. I am also do 2-4 sets for shoulders, biceps, triceps and calves for overall development & balance. I am not trying to cut weight, so I have been eating enough to fuel these intense workouts. I look forward to seeing what the results will be.
Dorian Yates is for me the personification of the will and discipline in the Body Building . Dorian , Shawn , Kevin , Flex , were the last of the old school and …..sorry Kevin , Dorian was the best even though 1995 you two were too close , very close.
But later on in 1997 Kevin i think was the best and surely he deserved at least one title
As Flex Wheeler deserved to win Coleman in 1999 and to change the body building course to a more symmetrical approach and not in a “Who is the biggest GH freak ” competition
I have a lot of DVD’s in my collection and for me if i wanna motivate my self i have make out some of them which not only help me to get more passionate but also help me to learn knew thinks .Dorian Yates: Blood and Guts , One week in the dungeon -- Kevin Levrone : Maryland Muscle Machine -- Branch Warren : Train Insane -- Jay Cutler dvd’s . Today i found out in Youtube some more Dorian Yates training video more recent in the bodybuilding.com
Of course i cannot miss out Pumping Iron and a tribute to Masters Olympia 1994 with Lou Ferrigno looking awesome and passionate
Those are the best dvd’s i have from my collection and i am thankful every time i see them to everyone of this athletes who took the time not to make a movie only to sell but to try to teach a little bit how to train right and to pass out their passion for the sport to us people which don’t have the opportunity to train with a champion because we live in another country
This site is a example of this teaching effort and this is the reason that even though i recently discover it , i am reading it 3-5 times almost every day
So in conclusion a lot of people may not comment a lot , not even once , a lot of people may not be very sure about their english so they avoid to write but a lot of people are thankful that Kevin , Todd, Rob and all the TLR fans have made this site and everyone has the opportunity to learn , to watch, to compare , to discuss , to make a better body and eventually to fell better for his self and therefore to the others
Thank you all
Well said Constantine.
@GC -- My comments in the forum ar’nt going in for some reason, so all I can do is comment here.
I was allways confident for you. You are RESILIENT and there’s no looking back now.
Back in the zone GC, fired up and rollin.
Thanks bro. I’m looking forward to 2012.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TLR !!!!!!!
I just finished up week 4 of the 4x4 program. I train 2 days then 1 day off and repeat. Each compound lift is done once every 6-7 days. I’m also doing some supportive lifts.
It’s wamping my 57 year old butt (literally and figuratively) but I’ve added quite a bit of weight to my dl and squat. Bench is coming along slowly also.
Kevin’s not joking when he said “no one said this would be easy!” Thanks for the inspiration Rob and Kevin. 8 MORE weeks of this?!!! “I’ve been tied to the whipping post, good lord I feel like I’m dying”…………..
Just watched Maryland Muscle Machine, and have to say i was impressed with both Kevin’s form and gym etiquette, i.e he put his weights back when hes finished with them, didnt slam and drop shit all over. In contrast, i watched Branch Warren Train Insane after, with possibly the most attrocious form ive ever seen in my life, the most intensity came from him throwing dumbells all over the place and dropping weights when hes finished.
2012…happy nu years to all
Luc-E. Good point. Also seen Flex drop expensive equipment with a laugh.
Happy New Year, would be nice to see Susan again.
@Luc-E -- @Luc-E -- well, every man for him self, it obviously work for branch warren what he is doing
Any update about Kevin’s illness ? How is he going ? Rob ? Have you got any Info ?
Kevin is back to feeling well again. We are going to film a new workout today. Should have it posted tonight or tomorrow.
Rob
I am going to make this video a little special… Stand by.
Happy new year everybody
Happy new year to all. Rob, why don’t you participate in a powerlifting meet to end your transformation with a bang! If you do, please enter a RAW meet and not an equipped one. I have one in april, so let’s get the show on the road.
yeah, Crantchy…I noticed the same thing about the forums….guess Mr. Raul’s got everybody except that Number1KevFan in check….hmmmm, whatever…
