I have met a lot of people through this blog. Raul Cruz is someone I met through TLR, along with so many others.
Cruz, thanks for being a friend and inspiration to all of us. Hearing this radio interview reminded me how much TLR can mean. It’s about changing your life and then passing on information.
Cruz talks about his legendary body transformation, what he did and how he did, keeping it simple and focused. He mentioned the supportive atmosphere here at TLR, and gives the community a lot of credit for his accomplishments.
Cruz also mentions the ongoing music project I have the honor of working on with him, trading audio files long-distance. In addition to being an inspiration in the gym, he’s a talented music producer, which is of course the main reason he got this interview in the first place. It’s humbling that Cruz dedicated so much of his air-time to what we do here. Thanks Cruz!

Raul Cruz is very talented and very social. Thank you Cruz for bringing your positive attitude into TLR. I have learned alot from Cruz and many others.
Raul outstanding man, a hero! He’s always in the forefront on the TLR. His transformation it is phenomenal and clearly shows the true potential of man. Me personally, Raul inspired to work in the gym even more, and follow my transformation, people like him, it’s like beacons, they indicate the correct path.

Agree with all of the above. Raul’s transformation is beyond inspiring. He is always supportive of other’s efforts; his posts are informative, thoughtful and at times intentionally humorous. I appreciate all that Raul brings to TLR and wish him much success in all areas of his life.
