Here’s my conversation with Rishi below. I can tell he has the intensity to get the job done, all he needs is some guidance. Does that sound like you, too?
The Rishi Transformation can be your transformation. I’m connecting to Rishi directly, but I’m sharing the tips and advice with you all the way.
Watch this video and focus, visualize what it feels like to be in on the conversation, live through Rishi’s experience and get the same jolt of urgency you need to get the same benefits.
I’m not on the phone with all of you, but I know you’re out there. You are part of this. This is your moment, too. Step up and make this transformation your own. I will do my part to guide you, please do yours. All levels welcome.
My own transformation is still on, full blown. I’m rapidly moving toward my goal of a lean & mean 220 lbs. I decided at the beginning of this year that I have to get ripped to the bone and very balanced. Failure is not an option.
I’m closing in on my goal. When I get there, you’ll be the first to know.
Thanks Rishi for stepping up to the plate, putting yourself on the line. Get ready to work, bro. The eyes of the community are on you and they are waiting to follow your example. Let’s do this.

Rite on, Rishi.
Awesome, Kevin. glad you finally got thru.
that was a pretty good intro haha… if it were me i probably would have hung up thinking it was someone trying to sell me something so its a good thing he recognized you quick or he would have been out of luck
kevin…when you said you wanted him to know what he is doing any why is he doing it…does that mean that we are also going to hear the reasons why and not just that what? i love see how other people train and really the reasoning and mindset of why you have them do those certain things. that way i might not do the exact same workout but i can have a better understanding of how to apply it to my own training and diet. kevin have you posted what you eating yet? i seen a post with a sit down meal but i dont know if i missed the meal breakdown or what. just wondering how many calories your taking in to maintain and cut. i think you said before you started after this 4 year layoff you were at about 1500 to maintain but im not exactly sure. so im willing to bet with all the muscle you about 2500 or so
Hey kevin, i’m from Mongolia… it’s just great that u giving us such an awesome instruction… it helps my training a lot… So keep moving bro… Thanks for everything!!!
Good luck!
All the best Rishi!
Haha! brilliant. Good luck Rishi!
Hey Kevin…this is all good stuff. Like the combination of training for strength, size and getting lean. Especially about getting lean. Always been a tough one for me. I’ve impemented the diet you recommended for Andrew and like the results. Fat is coming off and strength and size is maintaining. The site adds the extra motivation to stay on track. Seeing you blast through goals quickly is awesome.
Rishi sounds like a good lad, interesting to see his progress next year.
Good luck Rishi! My heart rate went up when you first realized who you were talking too,I bet yours was through the roof. What a great guy Levrone is.
I love rishi enthusiams, he seems switched on, this is great kevin, i love what your doing! truely the greatest dude!
Wow best one yet! 50lb’s since this started, must of been starving before! anyway good luck Rishi!

It sounds like Rishi is fired up and ready to go all out ! This one will be a fun transformation to follow. Good Luck, Rishi !
Sounds very enthusiastic! And did I hear right? Kevin is going to actually train with him one day in person?? that would be truly awesome!!!! Grab the bull by the horns Rishi!
MAN, i wish i was in Rishi’s shoes. to train with Levrone would be awesome. i know what i would choose to train on that day; a heavy chest-workout.
here’s the best clip on youtube for motivation, on bench-day guys:
make the most out of it Rishi !
MAN I wish left to my name would be something more masculine …. and not one of spongebobs friends LOL :.D
Best of luck Rishi bro
your really motivated which is always great!
This tranformation will be great, I’ll be following closely… Rishi sounds like a good guy and dedicated, looks like it was the right pick. Depending on Rishi’s goals, I might make this transformation my own like Kevin said. I also gained 50 pounds (over the course of 2 years) but feel like I’ve got more room to grow.
go rishi

Yeah Rishi go for it! This is something to be remembered, I’m envious of you.
That’s real cool what your doing Kevin.
Bronson from MD in the HOUSEEEE……i’m going to follow what you tell Rishi and adjust the caloric intake for my bodyweight Levrone!!! IT’S TIME TO GET GEEEEEKED BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was awesome, he got me all fired up!!! This is the kind of excitement we need. I will be following this one closely. All the best Rishi. You sound motivated, humble, & well spoken thats whats its all about. Sounds like he is the captain on the team of champs.
@Bronson,Hey man, you had a good vid,I thought you were going to win.I bet you were to advanced, thats wy he picked the way he did.
What do you guys all eat, when your dieting and your just starving between meals?I have been eating Almonds, hope its ok
Rishi we’re all pullin 4 ya man! And u never know…we might see u on stage competing soon. U got the best trainer in the universe to guide u…all the best!
@marty- meal 1- 4scoops scivation solution5, meal 2-8oz chicken breast, 1cup broccoli, 1tbsp peanut butter, meal 3-2scoops scivation whey+1tbsp peanut butter, meal 4-8oz chicken, 1cup broccoli, 1tbsp peanut butter, meal 5-2scoops scivation whey+1tbsp peanut butter, also include essential fats with meals 1,3,5. multi mineral tab with breakfast, amino acid drink during/after training. depending on how much time i have i might drink another protein shake with peanut butter before bed. about every 18th meal i will have a few servings of fruit like blueberries or grapefruit. average 2000cal, 300pro, 75fat, 31trace carbs… these are all including my supplement and vegetable calories though. i dont really need to count my vegetables but i just put it on here for you. when i am hungry between meals i just drink some flavored amino acids with water like xtend.
this isnt about the report from levrone anymore, so i think im gonna chill out guys..its been fun…but some of you is taking this too seriously…anyway….maybe ill be back if the burn returns…cherio
@David Penwell! I think he was talking about snacks not what do you eat for the day! you just had to get that out there didnt you
well i just thought i would say it as a point that eating the smaller meals that all balanced pretty much doesnt lead to ever being hungry between meals. and if you are then throw in an extra shake or some amino acids
Yeah i know! im the same no room for snacks! now im gonna check out these amino acids, you talk about.
@ David penwell, you make things pretty complicated my friend. Fair play to extend yourself in this way but it isnt required for most to get so wrapped up in nutrition to that extent. Did you mention carbs at 31g? I would be in prison from a fragile mental state going that low and 2000cals would barely keep me in skin. Dont get me wrong its gud info to get your view and method across so not knocking you in any form just curios I guess how a less advanced trainee might take your diet and just assume that it will work.
Cant log into the forum for some reason most of the time but hope there is a good base for helping the guys and girls here with the knowledge and help to develope a personalised diet plan suitable for their needs.
good luck with your transformation rishi, you sounded proper enthusiastic on the phone, its contagious! you got me all fired up aswell. im certain you will reach your goals with the help of kevin.
Nice vid, sounds like a great guy that is ready to go. This will be motivation for everyone, thanks Rishi ‘Rich’, sounded like Kevin gave you that nickname in the vid. Btw where are you from?
@Norweigian, calm down chicken little.
We all have to respect the game
@David Penwell awesome, is that your meal schedule everyday? Calories seem a little low but sure looks clean.
@ Kevin Levrone, you didn’t mention the name of the bar from the other video. Was pretty curious to know:)
@Kevin , heyy bro could you tell us the name of the bar? Hehe me Dane, Hollander and LaptopMichelangalo would like to know,, thanks bro
It’s the “neutral grip lat bar for back.”
@marty -- hey marty..thats what kev said..he told me that he felt others needed my help more..and as soon as a girl posted i knew she was going to get picked lol..my gf wanted to post a vid but i wouldnt let her cuz i knew he would pick her!!!!!!!!! anyway, i hope i can learn from his guidance to Rishi…I JUST CANT GET MY NUTRITION RIGHT TO PUT ON ANYMORE SIZE…also i get tired of the same bland boring foods and was wanderin if kev could help us all a lil more on the nutrition side of things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@Kevin Levrone -- hey kev since u jus posted…that means ur at ur computer…could you tell us in a video exactly “how being in CA on the road ur able to still get your meals in?” also what are you eating now? any advice would help!!!! You said it urself…ruthless consistency as far as nutrition is the biggest thing….
@LaptopMichelangelo- that is my rough outline. every few weeks i allow myself a cheat meal when i want to go out with the wife or have a family night but otehr than that i keep it pretty cleaned up. im currently maintaining my bodyweight of 215 @12%bodyfat right now at around 2000 calories so i dont know what everybody is so shocked about. im taking in carbs in the form of fruits and vegetables and supplementing with fiber and such so i dont need carbs right now. im cutting down and i rotate my carbs up during a clean bulk phase but other than that i dont need them for performance my body adjusts pretty good to low carbs. my body switches over to the fats as energy. fats and proteins are essential macros and carbohydrates are not so your body doesnt actually “need” them. thats just what works for me the best and i havent had any problem getting in shape or clean bulking over the past 8 years so im going to stick with it. the only time i add in carbs is when im gaining and that is usually post workout. if i stop gaining with carbs postworkout then i will add them into my first meal of the day also. and so forth until i stop gaining. and when i want to slow the gains or drops the fast i keep carbs post workout and take them out the rest of the meals week by week. right now i am eating a few more meals than i usually do so i dont need the carbs post workout for energy or anything because i am constantly feeding my body and having energy. again…this is what I do. im in no way telling someone to go out and follow my advice or my eating plan or anything like that so dont take my post to heart its just an outline of what i personally do. nobody else has been posting to much about anything in terms of what they do so i thought i would go ahead and post something maybe to start up a conversation so other people will post what they do.
@mark uk… bcaas in the supplement xtend have been scientifically proven to be more effective in muscle gain and recovery than whey protein. i thought i would post this and see what kind of a debate it might spark. although im not just spouting my opinion about this it has recently been really proven unlike a bunch of other studies about supplements and stuff.
@ Danny-Northern Ireland finally know the name of the bar !!!!! ))))…)))…
Thanks guys that have asked several times as I do!
Thanks Kevin for the name of the bar, and all that you do for us!
@David penwell, I am not shocked at your low calorie maintence level, my point being I couldn’t do that and others should find what works for them too and not copy others. May turn out your diet is good for them, maybe not but to find the balance with good understanding. I actually think its good you posted your diet to give others insight and ideas.
Though I got to say your comment on macros and carbs not being important baffles me, more so as you seem quite clued up. If they dont agree with you you would know best but you will be in the minority and I dont know many fitness professionals that will side with you on this unless you mean refined. If in theory we could survive on protein alone does not make it good or an optimal thing to do.
@Dane,, Yay!! Haha I’m pretty pleased now! @Kevin Levrone ,, Haha thanks a lot man !!
@Laptop Michelangelo, MD baby…thanks for asking.
@ Marty, although it depends on your goals…there are many things you can snack on between meals such as low fat cottage cheese, large apple w/ peanut butter, hand full of nuts such as almonds as you stated, protein shake/bar, something high in fiber will do the trick to curve off hunger. It usually depends on how many calories or carbs your looking to cut or include as well as avoiding those high in sugar..
@David Penwell, your diet is very interesting. Thanks for posting it. When I’m in the gym it’s full blown but I’m not sure if I’m properly feeding my muscles as Kevin stated. I needed many more calories to put on weight. Since your 215, do you have any trouble maintaining? How much has you bf % come down in the process of that diet?
Hey Joe I definitely remember that clip…appreciate it. I have that battle for the olympia disc & it will surely get you to go to the gym and inspire to test one’s limits. I love the M3 video, have you seen that?
Bronson I liked your video as well as every one that was uploaded. It’s funny because of how many issues I ran into just trying to get that one up. When I finally got it on youtube it had audio issues so I had to improvise and had two videos…one with perfect picture but the sound cuts out and then the one that finally worked distorting some of the quality. I undertand what your saying as for diet. I guess it is best to not go on taste, but consistency and as we know things can get boring here and there but the taste of that journey is what it’s all about. You’ll get it done bro!
Thanks again everyone…all input is appreciated, let’s do this together. It surely is that fire to inspire as Kevin says. We’re all on an endless transformation and I’m pumped about this. Yeah Buddy!
I’m off to my 2nd workout of the day…full blown style
@chris- i believe to certain people that feel like they have huge energy crashes and certain bodies of course can benefit from carb intake. put from a health standard they are not an essential macronutrient. your body does not need them to function. it needs fats for test and brain function and any process that a carbohydrate does in the body can eventually be taken over and done by the proper protein and healthy fat intake. but again im not saying absolutely no carbs because if your goal is to maintain a solid glucose level then or course your going to want carbs. for me though i am able to keep my carbs to a bare minimum and still perform well…but again i am talking about a maintainence and or cutting phase for me. when i am bulking its hard to get more fats and proteins because they are so filling so i opt to include carbs that leave me a little hungrier than normal a few hours later so i can continue to eat more food and clean bulk. i dont like to keep fat bulk to a minimum so my gains are very slow. i usually bulk 2 weeks and cut 4 weeks. if you do some research on bulking you will know what i mean i just dont want to google any studies right now or anything but… when you are in a surplus your leptin levels are higher so in the first few weeks of a diet you are abel to burn fat quicker. then when your leptin levels drop down to normal start eating a surplus of clean foods slowly and your body is able to absorb them better. im not in it to be a pro or anything i just like the way i look adn feel when i train like this so thats just the way i do it. also when i am speaking of carb intake the standards for any “low” carb diet is anything 100grams or lower so even during cutting down i still sometimes take up to 100grams of carbs but those are including trace and supplement carbs. my actual carb intake is usually from oatmeal which is my favorite carb food
Thanks guys, the high fiber for the snack is a smart idea.Rishi I had a rough time with my vid too,my wife had to get it done lol.I still need to figure out how the hell to get Kevs chest quest download.I dont have a Ipod or a cd player only my palm sprint phone wtf.
@risha…i went from 232 down to 215 in about 4 weeks due to quick water loss but im feeling just as strong in the gym as before. of course i was doing a crap ton of cardio before also and i cut that down to only 20minutes a day and weigh training 4x a week. i took a week off, got my diet in check and kind of did a restart with my cardio and will keep my cals the same as long as a can. when i start dropping to quick i’ll increase my post workout carb intake. if im losing to slow i will probably increase my cardio 5-10 to about 25-40minutes daily. the cardio is about 130-150bpm. every few weeks i will do an interval day but i dont like sprint intervals so i do 1/4mile fast run and 1/4mile easy walk on an incline for about 2miles. my cardio is pretty basic though its either treadmill, outside run or stairmaster. when you as if i have trouble maintaining what exactly are you referring to like my diet, strength levels, muscle mass, bodyweight? bodyweight is of course going to drop a little bit but im not going to take my bodyfat down below 8. if my cardio is still really low though i might kick it up a few notches and see how far i can take it. as soon as i start flattening out i can either cut back cardio or again increase post workout carb intake. it all depends on how i look and feel as i go. i would also like to state that i didnt make this diet. it is customized for me by derek charlebois of teamscivation. he is getting me cut down and back into Army shape for the next 16weeks or so when I plan on re-enlisting and trying to get special forces in my contract.
@ David penwell, Protein and fat diet was recently a big thing under the “atkins moniker” although it had been around for some time before that it provoked some reasearch which generally sides with the fitness industry. Of course there are people who love it like yourself but many more who suffer ill effects also so thats why I say carbs seemed to be getting a bad rap in your post as at the end of it all its still just controlling your calories to meet your specific needs.
I like you have no desire to compete, in fact i have a completely different look these days but if I wanted to compete I would seek advice on how to peak for the show as its not an area I know but to decrease the fat level I use the macros, proteins, fats and carbs to maintain metabolism more than focus on exact calorie counting and increase/decrease cardio to control fat loss to help maintain the level of muscle. I also find this to help people understand the concept of dieting easier as they can follow the diet as it refined to them selves and make better choices when it comes to choosing food as making things complicated or long winded can lead to low enthusiasm over a period of time.
Again the person who knows your body best is you so dont take this personally it is just a constructive questioning as in your last two posts you have gave a much greater insight into why you do it which to me has alot more benefit than just posting a diet. Your diet relies heavy on supps so the post did sound abit like a supplement ad, lol, you wouldn’t be connected to this field would you?
@ David penwell, Good luck with the re-enlisting. Have a great respect for those willing to the extra mile. Sadly no respect for the polticians in control of how this unique resource is put to best use!
@chris- haha no im not connected i like to find things that truly work. i know there arent many supps that actually do anything and arent proven. it is a multi billion dollar industry and peopel are still fat and wasting their money on it. so anything that i come across that is actually scientifically proven so do what it says i like to share the info with people. Also about that adkins diet.. in no way am i standing by the adkins diet. what i do is in no way anything near to the adkins diet. that is all about bad fats and weight loss. i am talking about healthy fats and working out. adkins had people wlak what 30min 3x a week or something and eat bacon and high fat cheese all day. what i do has every food group so its balanced. im eating healthy fats and my carbs are coming from fruits and vegetables just not from processed carbs. i would like to say chris, no worries im not getting pissed about any of these replies haha its jsut an internet forum so i think ill be fine. im not norweigian haha…wonder if he is secrectly returning to read these all these posts still?
@ David penwell, the atkins diet was commonly connected to bad foods for marketing and appeal, doesnt have to contain them though. But then you can get into how much “good” fats are good for you. Really there are no bad or good fats or carbs just the wrong amounts but the fear some develop is astonishing by the media representing it incorrectly.
The fat loss industry frustrates me, if a product worked the way they claim it would not be around for long because it simply would not be required for long. People do not understand that for healthy and long term fat loss there are no gimmicks on the market at present and for the fat loss industry to exist it requires them to stay overweight and desperate! Next time we may see norway it maybe a before and after pic on the latest ephedrine free supp if he plans to boycott the blog lol.
Good luck Rishi!
Hey any any update on the release of your formula Kevin? -- I am still very keen to try it man.
Thanks rishi!! Good luck bro…I love it that we’re all a band of brothers in here…its nice to see people helping each other and learning from others…I’m excited for you and hope you reach your goals! We all in this together! Bronson from MD outttttt….
@David Penwell, you have all the makings of a full blown bodybuilder if you wanted to go that route
I have tons of respect for you bro being in the Army. I have family as well as relatives in there and just as Chris said much respect to you and all of those who put their life on the line for this country for us all to be able to do the things we do in life.
When I asked if you have any trouble maintaining, I was referring mostly towards weight. I myself lose weight much more easily than I gain it and I feel like muscle mass decreases as well from not properly losing it. How do you keep your muscle mass up while cutting down besides going w/ heavy weights in the gym? All the best to you brother, thanks.
@Marty, lol I know what you mean on the video. I had to come up with some wild, crazy ideas to get it to work and the quality of the vid sure suffered. As for the chest quest, perhaps you can purchase a little mp3 player and just download it there to have it on the go and it the gym. I’ve seem quite a few fairly inexpensive ones. I’m not sure if would be compatible on your phone, have you tried? I have service with sprint and my phone actually plays mp3′s so it worked out well.
Thank you Bronson, Maryland Muscle baby
I totally agree with you…it’s like family on here.
@Raul Cruz, just saw you video for the fire that inspires…that’s what it’s all about. For those of you who would like to check it out here is the link:
What is your target weight btw. It’s true what you said about the ab exercises. Many do not realize the fact that diet & shedding belly fat will do the trick before a million sit-ups and a poor diet/nutrition. Your on your way there, way to go on your transformation.

@Rishi, thx for that man. This is wut this blog is all about to help each other out. I don’t really have a set target weight yet…im kind of goin with the flow for now or at least until I see 6-pack in the mirror =). Wutever ur goals are Rishi we are with u 100% so go for yours and don’t ever look back!
I got dumped 2day
I’m gutted
! Time 2 hit the gym full blown and listen to some Mr Brightside
!
Good luck rishi keep training hard man make sure you keep the consistency up with everything you do and you’ll get to your goal
Appreciate it Raul Cruz. Keep up the hard work & dedication, it always pays off…we’re all with you.
@Danny-Northern Ireland, sorry to hear that. Keep your chin up and don’t lose focus on anything. Everything happens in life for a reason.
@rishi- maintaining weight during dieting changes depending on how long you diet. usually i follow the diet i posted of course depending on the goals. with my diet i will not notice a weight loss for a few days and usually on the 3rd or 4th night right before bed i have a heavy carb meal with fats and low protein. every single time i do that i wake up weighing 2-3lbs lighter than the previous day. and i know its not just nightly water loss because i ate a huge amount right before i went to bed and still woke up 2-3 lbs lighter so my body just needed that quick jump start of fuel to continue the weightloss process which also gives me energy to workout. i dont know exactly why it works that way for me but that is how i do it to maintain my muscle while dropping.
@Rishi,, thanks a lot bro, I’ll try
ha
Congrats Rishi, diet and hard work always return results.
Kev, know that your time and dedication for the Levrone Report has touched us all. It goes way beyond what any Pro has ever done.
It motivates me to work insanely hard. I love the sport and I love knowing that there are people like you who truely care and help us all. Thanks for still sticking around with the blog.
I can’t wait to see where you take this Rishi, you sound ready to rock and roll. Can’t wait to see you and Kevin in the gym!
“He’s really excited,!” Kevin said haha. No doubt this guy will be motivation for everybody. I’m pumped and ready myself, please keep us posted
Hey Kevin, just wondered what hills you were running through when you were in LA…. Wouldn’t mind running through them as well, I’ve only been here for about a year, so fairly new to all of the canyons. There is a great stairway in Santa Monica that goes from the beach all the way up and it is a killer. I was motivated the other day and thought that I would do it a few times, well lets just say on the way up the second time, there was no more running, all walking. So if you had a sec to let me know what canyons, that would be allright.. Peace…
@Matt Los Angeles -- I can probably recommend some places. What city are you in?
@Alexis.Ashley --
Hey, I live in North Hollywood. If you know of any canyons or anything yeah, that would be cool….
All the best Rishi! I look forward to seeing your progress and from the sound of it, I know you’ll reach your goals.
hahaha he talks so much !
Good stuff Rishi.
as with everyone here, looking forward to the progress reports and here for support.
I am new to this blog but see that there are really people on both ends of the spectrum. Some more serious than others. I think it depends on how much time you have or make to dedicate to the transformation goal you have set for yourself…
LOL, Rishi, you seemed very leary to give Kevin your name at the beginning of the conversation. As soon as you knew it was him, it was on! We can hear how excited and serious you are. Best of luck to your staying with and reaching your goal! I am sure with as motivated as you are you will exceed it.
